About Us

We are a mobile service that provides WiFi and high speed internet to large events throughout the Upper Midwest. We contract with local internet service providers (ISPs) and bring high speed internet to your location to our equipment. From there we branch off various hard line links, WiFi IDs (SSIDs) and secure portals to keep all internet traffic from various groups separate. For music festivals, our 3 main groups are Admin, Vendors, and Bands/Artists (as many band crew require internet services while waiting to go on stage. All of these groups are on separate networks so one can not cross over and cause problems with the other. Admin are always given the highest priority and bandwidth on the network.
We also set up a completely separate system to create a blanketed WiFi signal for your attendees to connect to. This is a paid service that can create revenue for the event which can cover the costs of our services and then some!

Internet Plans
Fast and Reliable
We offer high speed internet services connected to a variety of ISP terminations that include Cable, Fiber, and Starlink. These connections can either be combined to provide higher bandwidth, or used as a failover should one or more primary connections fail during your time of service.

In addition to providing your site with wireless internet, we can also do cable runs to connect buildings (temporary or fixed) with a physical connection to the internet over ethernet or coax. We can also set up your buildings with multiple connections (wired or wireless) to ensure that you have the most diverse connections possible for whatever your needs may be.

Flexible Data Options & Services
Unlike a regular ISP where you sign up for a specific plan that offers various bandwidth speeds for your location, we provide an all-encompassing service for connectivity to the internet and regulate the connection speeds from our location for your secondary connections (ex. Vendors, Performers, etc.). We also provide you with the option for additional services such as video surveillance which will include video stored on a hard disk as well as the ability to have members of your team log-in and view the feeds at any time for security purposes.
Customer Support
Dedicated Assistance
Our team will have dedicated customer service assistance available to your personnel before, during, and after the event. We provide everyone with access to our eTicketing system as well as a dedicated phone number for your primary staff to access. Our hours of availability vary per event, but typically we offer 12 hours per day during setup, 16 hours per day during the event, and 8 hours per day during take-down. We can offer emergency assistance (additional fees involved) during off hours to ensure that you have 24 hours of available service for internet and video coverage.
