We provide outdoor events with dedicated high speed internet and WiFi services to cover your entire property. We contract with local internet service providers (ISPs) and bring high speed internet to your location to our equipment in a centralized area. These multiple connections allow for both a combined higher connection speed and also to use as a failover ensuring that your event staff ALWAYS have a connection in the event of an equipment failure.
From there we branch off various high speed connections through either a physical hard line that can be run to buildings close by, or through wireless connections that broadcast a dedicated stream directly to any building or location with a receiver. We can then bring in dedicated WiFi inside a building or allow for a physical connection to our equipment.
We also set up multiple broadcast points and various antennas throughout your grounds to provide a blanketed WiFi signal for people to connect to. Depending upon how many dedicated streams you need, we can provide up to 8 SSIDs (WiFi IDs to connect to). These different IDs can be set to cover the whole area, or only in specific locations. These dedicated streams will be secured so that one connection cannot cross over and gain access to other devices on another connection (ex. Vendors can not gain access outside of their dedicated stream, meaning they are not able to access anything that is on the dedicated Admin stream), which protects your operations while still providing a quality service for all.​​

Offering a dedicated group to your vendors would allow for you to advertise this service to them and charge a fee for connecting, the same as you would for charging for the use of electricity at their booth. The event can market the paid service and charge an amount that you feel is applicable (we ask that you please keep it reasonable) and have some income right off the bat from your vendors.

With our fourth group of a dedicated WiFi for event attendees, we have a formulated process that returns not only your initial fee for services, but also additional income based off of the amount of subscribers from event attendees.
Our basic formula is that after a certain level of paid subscribers your initial fee for services is returned to you making your cost for us providing services $0. After another benchmark, your event is paid a flat percentage of our income from the paid subscribers.
